Working with your interior designers
As your new interior is being designed, know that some furnishings will diminish in value by as much as 80% on the secondary market, while other brands will hold more of their value. We can consult with your designer to recommend art and design that will beautify your home, hold their value and harmonize with your designer’s vision. Appraisals - We do It All
In accordance with the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) Appraisal Report Writing Standards (ARWS), we provide insurance, donation, estate planning and estate tax appraisal reports that are USPAP and IRS compliant. In addition, we keep appraisals updated to reflect accurate insurance coverage and evaluate your existing appraisals so you are neither over or under insuring.
