When it comes to making decisions on the purchase of luxury goods, we can guide you with the market data necessary to determine the potential future value of your items. Knowing what will hold value and what won’t will change the way you shop.
Working with your interior designers
As your new interior is being designed, know that some furnishings will diminish in value by as much as 80% on the secondary market, while other brands will hold more of their value. Well curated items by iconic designers and makers have the potential to rise in value. This holds true for furnishings, decorative arts, lighting and fine art. We can consult with your designer to recommend pieces that beautify your home, hold their value and harmonize with your designer’s vision. You can consult with us on choices you are considering and we will give you the research to make good decisions.

Inheriting and Downsizing Contents
When faced with a household full of possessions from a lifetime of accumulation, the first savvy step is to separate the high value items from the modest to determine the most appropriate markets where the items should be sold. We routinely work with families and heirs in selling the contents of their homes. The process is transparent and you are kept in the loop end-to-end. By matching the right level of property to the right level of consignor, our goal is to maximize your returns.
Appraisals
In accordance with the International Society of Appraisers (ISA) Appraisal Report Writing Standards (ARWS), we provide insurance, donation, estate planning and estate tax appraisal reports that are USPAP and IRS compliant. For insurance purposes we can keep appraisals updated to reflect accurate insurance coverage and evaluate your existing appraisals so you are neither over or under insuring.

Taught by Michael Osacky, the Lead Appraiser for PSA and PSA/DNA, children ages 12-18 will learn the ropes of collecting sports memorabilia from one of the top experts in the field.
